Our little niece was over, and I took it as an opportunity to teach her healthy make up and skin care habits. First of all, we did some make up together, and kept repeating that she’s beautiful with and without make up. When we finished practicing our affirmations and playing makeup, I taught her what healthy skin care makeup removal habits look like as a nightly routine before going to bed.
