Cookie Pie Recipe: Stuffed Cookie Pie from Chanel’s Cakery

Rating the best Scotch Pie in London (with a can of Irn-Bru, obviously). I made a trip down to The Shoap on St John Street in London and picked up their legendary Scotch Pie. The pastry was perfectly crisp, the filling was rich and peppery, and washing it all down with an ice-cold can of Irn-Bru was the ultimate power move.
