CLEVELAND (WJW) – A local man purchased a $50 scratch-off ticket and won $50,000 a year for 20 years. That’s $1 million.

The Ohio Lottery says the man won the top prize on the Billion scratch-off, which pays $50,000 a year for 20 years.
