The popular chat platform, Discord, has reportedly filed for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the United States, according to Bloomberg.

Discord has filed confidentially for a U.S. IPO with Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan as underwriters, though the company may still decide not to go public, amid a rebounding U.S. tech IPO market in 2025.
