The board on Jan. 15 tabled its vote on a policy revision that would have limited those permitted to request reconsideration of instructional materials after they’ve been adopted by the district.

The change would put the city among the most cities holding their meetings on Tuesdays, with only a few other cities meeting on Mondays.

There are several events taking place in Cypress through March 25 including Valentines Day events and a community 5k.
